UNITEX 100 EPOXY
Pro-Poxy 100 is a 100% solids, high modulus, moisture tolerant, low viscosity epoxy adhesive for gravity feed or pressure injection of cracks in concrete.
The primary use of the Pro-Poxy 100 is for pressure injection and gravity feed crack repair in concrete and masonry. Pro-Poxy 100 can also be used to seal interior slabs and exterior above-grade slabs.
UNITEX 204 EPOXY
Pro-Poxy™ 204 is a 100% solids, fast setting, two component, high modulus, medium viscosity, moisture tolerant structural epoxy adhesive that meets the requirements of ASTM C-881 and AASHTO M-235. The Pro-Poxy™ 204 is slightly thinner than the Pro-Poxy™ 200.
The primary use of the Pro-Poxy™ 204 is for bonding fresh concrete to hardened concrete. Pro-Poxy™ 204 has excellent adhesion to most construction materials. Pro- Poxy™ 204 may be used for anchoring bolts, dowels and reinforcing steel in concrete.
UNITEX 300 EPOXY
Pro-Poxy 300 Fast is two component, moisture tolerant, 100% solids, high modulus epoxy gel adhesive that meets ASTM C-881 and AASHTO M-235.
Pro-Poxy 300 Fast is ideal for anchoring bolts, dowels, and reinforcing steel in concrete. It is also ideal for vertical and horizontal structural bonding and patching. Pro-Poxy 300 Fast may also be used to seal cracks and set injection ports prior to injection grouting.
UNITEX 400 EPOXY
Pro-Poxy 400 is a two component 100% solids, moisture tolerant, all weather epoxy acrylate hybrid anchoring gel that meets ASTM C881 and AASHTO M235 specification requirements. Pro-Poxy 400 is formulated to set up at room temperatures and down to temperatures of -15°F (-26°C).
Pro-Poxy 400 is ideal for anchoring dowels, bolts, threaded rod, pins and reinforcement steel in concrete. Pro-Poxy 400 can also be used in cooler and freezer applications or anywhere low temperature installations are required
UNITEX PRO FLEX
Pro-Flex is a 100% solids, two component, low shrink, moisture tolerant joint filler and crack repair material
Pro-Flex is used to fill joints in industrial floors exposed to hard wheeled traffic. Pro-Flex is useful for contraction/construction joints that are cut or formed. Pro-Flex may also be used for the repair of damaged or spalled cracks.
HILTI HY200 EPOXY
HIT-HY 200 adhesive is an injectable, two-component, hybrid adhesive. The two components are separated by means of a dual-cylinder foil pack attached to a manifold. The two components combine and react when dispensed through a static mixing nozzle attached to the manifold. HIT-HY 200 adhesive is available in two options, HIT-HY 200-A, and HIT-HY 200-R. Both options utilize the same technical data. HIT-HY 200-A will have shorter working times and curing times than HIT-HY 200-R. The packaging for each is different which helps the user distinguish between the two adhesives.
HILTI HY70 EPOXY
The HIT-HY 70 adhesive anchor system is used to anchor building components to grouted and ungrouted concrete block walls, solid and hollow brick walls and unreinforced multiple wythe brick walls referred to as unreinforced masonry or URM.
HIT-HY 70 is an injectable twocomponent hybrid adhesive mortar. The two components are separated by means of a dual-cylinder foil pack attached to a manifold. An injection nozzle with an internal mixing element is attached to the manifold, and the adhesive components are dispensed through the injection nozzle to ensure their proper mixing. The injection nozzle may be replaced to permit interruptions in the use of the cartridges. Only injection tools and static mixing nozzles as recommended by the manufacturer’s printed installation instructions may be used.
HILTI RE500 EPOXY
The new HIT-RE 500 V3 adhesive anchoring system is an injectable two-component epoxy adhesive.
The two components are kept separate by means of a dual-cylinder foil pack attached to a manifold. The two components combine and react when dispensed through a static mixing nozzle attached to the manifold.
BASF MASTERWELD 948/ PREMIUM
MasterWeld 948 is a high-strength, high-solids, low-VOC polyurethane adhesive that is stronger than conventional adhesives. It produces a permanent overnight bond to almost any substrate. It can be used in a wide range of climates and conditions.
