TK-290 TRI-SILOXANE is a ready-to-use, colorless, breathable, non-staining, non-yellowing, deep penetrating, concrete and masonry water repellent. It can be used to protect and seal any clean and dry cementitious surface above ground vertical and horizontal. It protects the surface against damaging effects of water intrusion, acid rain, deicing chemicals, freeze/thaw exposure, airborne dirt, smog, industrial fumes, and most other atmospheric chemicals.

TK-BRIGHT KURE & SEAL is a blend of 100% methyl/methacrylate acrylic polymers used as a superior curing, sealing and protective compound for exposed aggregate, colored concrete and other decorative concrete and masonry surfaces.

TK-TRI-FILM is an evaporation retardant for freshly placed concrete to prevent premature drying that can result in finishing problems such as stickiness, sponginess, unevenness and cracking.

TK-495 FOUNDATION DAMPPROOFING
is a water based blend of silicate and siliconate chemicals designed to dampproof new, below grade poured concrete foundation walls. TK-495 will penetrate deep into the concrete substrate adn will react with the free lime or calcium carbonate in the concrete. TK 495 (PDF)

Cure & Seal 25% J22UV is an acrylic copolymer cure, seal and dustproofing compound in an aromatic solvent containing 25% solids with special U.V. stabilizers. The higher acrylic solids content will form an excellent surface coating with a high gloss finish and will provide an outstanding cure performance.

DAYTON J22UV (PDF)

Cure & Seal 309 J18 is a water based acrylic copolymer that offers a combination curing, sealing and dustproofing for freshly finished concrete surfaces. This product dries to produce a non-yellowing, durable, clear film on concrete. Cure & Seal 309 J18 is ideal for interior applications because it is free of noxious flammable fumes.
